What type of small dog is perfect for traveling?
I really want a small dog, but has to be small and great for travel. I was a little thought about the type of pug Massie Block is the clique series. I also want to be faithful, kind, and always want to be near me. THANKS! Forgot to say that it would adopt the dog. I love animals and the trip would not be too frequent. Thanks
My Yorkie loves to travel 6 lbs. My husband is in the army, so we are always moving and my dog is a perfect size for that. Whatever dog you get, there will be training in question. I started to drive with my dog when he was a puppy. It would take my friend's house and some nearby parks. We had to travel an hour and half to get home from college at my parnets. You mind not travel at all. He knows that always end up somewhere good when we get into the car. The longest trip we've had to date has been a unit of 9 hours. We stop to stretch your legs often but never car sick or anxiety. But I think it's because he's so used to being in the car already. My mother has a small dog that wasn't in the car until it was almost two years old. And always get sick! I suggested buying a dog seat so he could see through the window. It has helped me a lot! The dog can see and hasn't got sick in the seat. It took 7 hours to see us just last fall and the dog was big. So traveling with a dog is like any else with a dog. It takes practice and strengthening and training.
